IT Frankfurt GmbH uses analysis tools (such as Plausible.io) exclusively for internal purposes and therefore stores cookies or user data temporarily. With the cookie banner, we point out the collection of the data and make it open to the visitors of our website to agree to the internal processing.

The following information describes how IT Frankfurt GmbH handles personal data and, in the course of this, ensures the implementation of data protection in accordance with DSGVO. The following information is provided in accordance with Articles 13,14 and 21 of the German Data Protection Regulations (DSGVO) on the processing of personal data by IT Frankfurt GmbH and the claims and rights to which data subjects are entitled in accordance with the data protection regulations. Data collection on our website by the providerr

We appreciate your interest in our company and our products and would like you to feel secure when visiting our website, also with regard to the the protection of your personal data. The protection of your data is our number one priority. Compliance with the provisions of data protection (including DSGVO, BDSG (new), TMG) are a matter of course for us. We want you to know when we collect data and how we use it. We have implemented a set of technical and organisational measures to ensure that the regulations on data protection are observed both by us and by any external service providers commissioned by us.

Server log files

Personal data is information about your identity. This includes, for example: Information such as your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. When you visit our website, the internet browser used on your end device automatically sends information to the server of our website. This information is stored temporarily.

The following information is collected without your intervention and stored until it is automatically deleted:

  • IP address of the requesting computer

  • Name and URL of the file accessed

  • The website from which access is made (referrer URL)

  • Browser used and, if applicable, the operating system of your computer as well as the name of your access provider

The data listed is processed by us for the following purposes:

  • Ensuring a smooth connection setup to the website

  • Ensuring convenient use of our website

  • Evaluation of system security and stability as well as for other administrative purposes.

The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 I S. 1 lit. F. DSGVO. Our legitimate interest arises from the purposes for data collection listed above. It is not possible to assign or connect such data to a specific person.

Use of Google Maps

We use Google Maps on our website to show our location and to provide directions. This is a service provided by Google. Google’s certification according to the EU-US Privacy Shield guarantees that the EU’s data protection regulations are also complied with when processing data in the USA.

If you open the link “Directions (google maps)” integrated on our website under the item “Contact”, Google will save a cookie on your end device via your internet browser. Your user settings and data are processed to display our location and provide directions. It cannot be ruled out that Google uses servers in the USA. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in optimizing the functionality of our website. By connecting to Google in this way, Google can determine from which website your request was sent and to which IP address the directions are transmitted.

If you do not agree to this processing, you have the option of preventing the installation of cookies by making the appropriate settings in your internet browser. Google Web Fonts

We use Google Fonts on our website to display external fonts. This is also a service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043 USA, hereinafter referred to as “Google”. With regard to the certification of Google LLC in accordance with the EU-US Privacy Shield, we refer to the information provided under the aforementioned section 5.

To enable the display of certain fonts on our website, a connection to the Google server in the USA is established whenever our website is accessed. The legal basis is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f) DSGVO. Our legitimate interest lies in the optimization and economic operation of our website. When you access our site, a connection to Google is established which enables Google to identify the site from which your request was sent and to which IP address the fonts are being transmitted for display. Information for applicants

1. What data are processed by us? We process your personal data that we have received from you as part of the application process. If we offer an online form, the mandatory data is marked. This generally includes personal information (name, address, e-mail address as well as other contact details, gender) as well as individual application documents such as cover letter, CV and relevant certificates or references. You can also provide us with further information on a voluntary basis.

List of possible personal data:

  • First and last name, place of birth, date of birth, gender, age and marital status

  • Contact details (by post, by phone, e-mail, portals)

  • CV, application photos, certificates, references

  • Professional experience and background, projects, activities

  • Education, academic degrees, language skills

  • Additional information provided voluntarily by you

By submitting your application documents to us, you agree that we may use your data for the purpose of the application process in accordance with the form set out in this data protection declaration.

Insofar as you voluntarily provide us with special categories of personal data pursuant to Art. 9 para. 1 DSGVO as part of the application process, they are also processed in accordance with Art. 9 para. 2 lit. b GDPR (e. g. health data or ethnic origin). Insofar as we request special categories of personal data as defined in Art. 9 para. 1 DSGVO from applicants as part of the application process, they are also processed pursuant to Art. 9 para. 2 lit. a DSGVO.

2. Who will your data be passed on to? Within our company, those areas that are responsible for handling a successful application will receive your data. In order to find a suitable project or employment for you, we forward your CV or your profile, if necessary, not anonymized, to potential customers for decision-making purposes. These third parties are exclusively our customers and business partners, persons who we are in contact with and with whom usually a framework contract has usually been concluded.

3. For what purpose is your data processed? We process the data of applicants in order to find the right position or project for you. You determine yourself which of your data we can use for this purpose and which data you make available to us. In the event of a successful application, the data you provide may be further processed by us for the purposes of the employment relationship.

4. How long will your data be stored? As a matter of principle, we process and store your personal data only for the period required to achieve the purpose of the storage or insofar as this has been provided for by the European Directives and Regulations or any other legislator in laws or regulations to which we are subject. If the purpose of storage no longer applies or if a storage period prescribed by the European Directives and Regulations or another responsible legislator (e. g. statutory retention periods) expires, the personal data will be routinely blocked or deleted by us in accordance with the statutory provisions.

In the case of an application for a job advertisement or a specific project, you consent to our processing your personal data in our system for a period of up to 18 months in the event that you are not considered for the specific position or project, in order to to be able to consider you for any other positions or projects. In this case, we will include you in our database (talent pool) with the documents you have sent.

Cooperation with contract data processors and third parties

If, in the course of our processing, we disclose data to other companies (contract data processors or third parties) and persons, transmit it to them or otherwise grant them access to the data, this will only be done where there is a legal basis (e .g. if a data transfer to third parties, such as payment service providers, is required for the performance of a contract in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b DSGVO), your consent, a legal obligation or on the basis of our legitimate interests (e. g. use of agents, web hosts, etc.). If we commission third parties with the processing of data on the basis of a so-called. “order processing contract”, this is done on the basis of Art. 28 DSGVO.

Rights of the data subjects

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, revocation, restriction of the processing of your data and data portability. If your personal data is processed on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 I lit. f. DSGVO, you have the right to object to the processing of your personal data pursuant to Art. 21 DSGO, insofar as there are grounds for doing so that arise from your particular situation, as well as to the processing of data for the purpose of direct marketing. In accordance with Art. 77 DSGVO, you have the right to lodge a complaint about us with the supervisory authority if you consider that the processing of your personal data by us is not lawful.

Changes to our privacy policy

As a result of the further development of our website and service offers or due to changes in statutory or regulatory requirements, it may become necessary to change this privacy policy. You can access and print out the current privacy policy on our website at any time.
